Production

100 kilograms of fruits and 50 hours of work are needed to obtain three litres of Argan oil

> After the harvest, the fruit is set to dry in the Africa sun.

> The first layer of the fruit, called the drupe looks like a dried prune. It is separated from the almond which is then cracked open by hand to extract the kernel.

> The kernels are sorted and roasted, if required, before being cold-pressed.

> The mechanical filtering is the last stage of production. The Argan oil is then ready to be enjoyed!
