About 500 Moroccan associates and employees are currently working under the direction of a Swiss-Moroccan management team. They are responsible for the production of the oil from the harvesting until the bottling, packaging and export. A constant quality control is being applied throughout each stage of processing ensuring the excellence of the finished product.
